CHILD RESTRAINTS
NON STANDARD INSPECTION

When travelling with children up to 7 years of age you must ensure they are restrained in a properly fastened and adjusted Australian Standards approved child restraint. In addition to the Safety risks, heavy fines apply for each child not properly secured of up to $1078.00 and 4 demerit points.

 

Check your vehicle for factory anchor points, if they are not factory fitted to suit your needs you may purchase a kit and install it as per manufactures instructions then have it inspected and certified by us or any approved person. (AP). A Modification plate will be installed on the car to show that it has been installed correctly ensuring it complies with Australian Design Rule 34. (ADR 34)
